Niacinamide Micro Darts Patch

These work so much better than regular pimple patches for those surface breakouts. I could actually feel the needles, but they weren't irritating whatsoever.

These Microdart Patches are individually packaged to keep the microdarts clean, protected, and intact until use, which I really appreciate from a hygiene standpoint. I also like that the formula includes skincare ingredients designed to target blemishes early, allowing the microdarts to start working before a breakout fully develops.

Despite the tiny darts, the patches feel very comfortable once applied, and the overall build quality feels solid. My only issue was the size of the adhesive border. It stays put nicely on flatter areas, but around natural curves like the mouth or nose, the larger adhesive section shifted more than I would prefer, which slightly affected how well it stayed in place.

That said, I still found these patches effective for quickly treating blemishes without irritation. They are a strong option if you’re looking for microdart patches that deliver visible results while maintaining good hygiene.

They covered my spots and made them less red. So excited to gave more spots just so I can use them ahahahahah

After about two weeks of regular use on hormonal breakouts and blind pimples, I’ve noticed clear improvements, including reduced size, less inflammation, and fading post-blemish marks. I’ve also seen fewer new breakouts, which I credit to the niacinamide in the formula.

They work especially well on early-stage or cystic acne, helping draw out fluid and flatten bumps fairly quickly, though deeper blemishes do take longer. There’s no fragrance or harsh ingredients, making them suitable for sensitive skin, and the adhesive holds securely without lifting too soon. Overall, this is a dependable and effective option for targeted acne treatment, with visible results when used consistently.

I wore this to work and yeah maybe I shouldn't have. Just realizes that these are for nighttime use. Other than that, they work pretty good! Really got all the gunk out of my infection.

These patches have salicylic acid which is an effective fighter of acne. The patches are very large, around the size of a dime. I tried one of these patches on a newly formed face blemish. I placed it on overnight and the blemish was gone the next morning without any other irritation. It worked excellent for me. It stayed stuck on my face but was easy to remove. I did cut the patch in half due to it's large size. I'm removing one star because there are only 12 in the package and they are so large. But for stubborn acne they work very well. The value for 12 patches is average.

These were seriously amazing. The microdarts actually felt really good going into the skin. At first, I was a little unsure since there were only 12 patches, but the results were so good. I’d love to see a bigger pack available. They worked amazingly overnight on my cystic acne.

The only patches im ever getting. Individual packaging is great, the little white paper around the sticky part was also great. Felt like the patches were super clean and sterile.

It was great! Skeptical at first because the spikes looked like they hurt.
To my surprise, they didn't feel like anything, which is good because I have hyper sensitive skin.

Total cure? I don't know. But definitely less red and less hard. I think the highlight of this product is how it makes hard pimples softer (which also makes them hurt less too).

Over the years, I’ve tried countless acne treatments and spot patches, including well-known brands and other microdart styles like these. At this point, I’ve learned not to expect too much, because even highly rated products often either don’t work for my skin or end up irritating it. So one night I decided to try these, thinking that even if they didn’t really help, at least they’d cover the spots and keep me from picking at them, which is usually all hydrocolloid patches do for me.

After removing my makeup one evening, I applied the patches to two areas where I felt under-the-skin blemishes forming, one on the tip of my nose and one on my chin. I haven’t yet tested them on truly deep, painful cystic acne, so that’s still TBD. The patch on my nose didn’t stick perfectly at first due to the shape of the area, but it stayed on overnight, so it clearly held well enough. Definitely press the patch down for the full 20 seconds mentioned in the instructions, or even a little longer on curved areas. The one on my chin adhered really well, even after I lifted and repositioned it once during application. All the patches are the same size, but they’re large enough to cover most typical spots.

I was genuinely surprised by how effective these were when I removed them the next morning. Normally, early-stage blemishes hang around forever, especially on sensitive areas like my nose, which usually leads me to mess with them more (I know, not great). But the areas where I applied the patches were nearly flat and didn’t feel irritated or swollen at all. There was still some redness, but it was obvious that whatever was forming had been significantly reduced. The patches also kept the skin nicely hydrated, which really helps with healing. I imagine deeper blemishes might take longer or require multiple uses, but I’m confident these would still help bring them to the surface faster than leaving them untreated. I’m very happy with these and will absolutely repurchase if they keep performing this way.

An absolutely wonderful purchase! I am in my early 40s so you may think that I have no occasional pimples popping up here and then but that is clearly not true.
The skin around my temple is so fragile and the friction of wearing a mask every day added on to enlarging my pores and causing pimples.
I wore a few of these dart patches under my mask and let me tell you, the moment I was about to peel it off, I knew something had changed.

My chin always freaks out right before my period and the worst part is the dark spot that sticks around FOREVER after I started putting these on as soon as I notice a spot coming in and I've been really happy with them. I still get the occasional pimple obviously, but the marks don't seem to hang around as long when I use these consistently. Really like that it's basically a spot treatment for both the breakout AND what it leaves behind.

I have long nails, and thin acne patches usually curl up or stick to my fingers before I can place them properly :(( BUT these were much easier to handle than I expected!!!!!!!!! I've been using regular pimple patches for years, but they never seemed to do much for the blind pimples I get around my jawline. Those always felt like they were buried too deep under the skin. After using them for several weeks, I've noticed that my deeper breakouts don't stick around nearly as long as they used to. I also like that the patches stay securely in place throughout the night.
