If your order has not yet been shipped, we may be able to make changes. Please contact us as soon as possible at info@apexionglobal.com with your order number and the details you would like to update.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges at this time.

The easiest way to receive the item you want in exchange is to return your original item and place a new order once the return has been processed. Please contact us info@apexionglobal.com to request a return.

Orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, FedEx, or Amazon Shipping through our 3PL warehouse in the United States.

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after payment is completed.

· Continental U.S.: Delivery in 3–5 business days
· Alaska & Hawaii: Delivery in 5–8 business days

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, carrier delays, weather, or other conditions beyond our control.

We’re unable to change your shipping address or modify your order once it has been packed. Please double-check your address during checkout to avoid delivery issues.

Email requests for address changes cannot be guaranteed.

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered packages due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.

No. Cordiale is a U.S.-based store and does not offer international shipping.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Also, you will be asked to provide the following:
1. A picture of the exterior packaging, with the tracking number showing on the shipping label.
2. A picture of all the items inside the original packaging.
3. A picture of the actual item that was damaged.

Please note that compensation may not be offered if the aforementioned pictures are not provided. Make sure to take the pictures first, and then discard the packaging. We appreciate your cooperation on this matter.

In order to return any items, you must comply with the following:

· Return requests should be submitted within 14 days from the day of arrival.
· The items must be sealed, unused, and in the same condition that you received them.
· Any gifts that were given for free should be included as well.
· You must inform the customer service about the return in advance, and receive confirmation.
· Also, you will be asked to provide the following:
- A picture of the exterior packaging, with the tracking number showing on the shipping label.
- A picture of all the items inside the original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@apexionglobal.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

[Orders under $70] The return shipping label fee will be excluded from the refund, and so will the first standard shipping fee that you paid when placing the order.

[Partial returns] The customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee of $6.99 (variable depending on the region).

The manufacturing and expiration date are printed on the product packaging.

Cordiale beauty products are free from Synthetic Fragrance, Parabens, PEGs, Phenoxyethanol, Phthalates.

All of our skin care products are gluten-free.

This depends on how often and how much the product is used. With daily use, Cordiale products last approximately 3-4 months.

Our customer service team is based in Korea. Emails are typically answered within 1-2 business days.
