SHIPPING CARRIER
Local delivery will be handled by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) service. MCF is a 3rd party logistics (3PL) solution that delivers fast and reliable fulfillment.
DELIVERY PERIOD
After payment is confirmed, the item will be delivered within 5 business days if it is in stock. Please note that delivery may be delayed due to customs inspections, weather, U.S holiday seasons, etc.
SHIPPING FEE
Free shipping for orders over $70 within U.S
If the order amount is less than $70, there will be a fixed shipping fee of $6.99.
However, please be noted that it may vary depending on the region, such as Hawaii or Alaska.
DELIVERY STATUS TRACKING SERVICE
It may take some time for the delivery status to be reflected. Please click here for information on tracking services after shipment. The delivery status tracking service will be available after the shipping carrier has confirmed the delivery.
RECIPIENT'S ABSENCE or UNCLEAR ADDRESS
To ensure smooth and timely delivery, please provide a complete and accurate physical address, including your street number, apartment or building number, and zip code.
If delivery cannot be completed due to customer-related reasons, such as long-term absence, an unknown address, or incomplete delivery details, please contact the shipping carrier directly. The shipping carrier may hold your package for up to 7 days. After this holding period, the package will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that returned packages cannot be resent.
When a package is returned to us due to the recipient’s absence or insufficient/unclear address information, a refund will be processed with return shipping fees deducted.
For all delivery-related inquiries, including address changes, delivery date or time requests, or delays in receiving your package, please contact the shipping company directly.
MODIFYING SHIPPING ADDRESS
If you have placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, please contact our customer service center at info@apexionglobal.com as soon as possible. Please note that if your order has already been fulfilled, we will be unable to assist further, and the order will not be eligible for a refund.
